Easy2Cook brief history

First implementations in 2005

Workshops for up to 500 participants
Fedor Sokirianskii founded Easy2Cook as a technology consulting company for food production and the packaging industry.
Within the company, an innovation laboratory was established to develop and test advanced solutions for cooking food in packaging, including pouch cooking, CaPKold technology, and industrial sous-vide equipment.
2005
Together with Kayalar Corporation, INOVAC equipment is being developed to extend the shelf life of food in gastronorm containers.
Containers with lids are filled with a controlled gas mixture of nitrogen and oxygen using a portable unit directly in the restaurant.
This technology increases the shelf life of food products and ready meals to up to 10 days without preservatives.
The equipment has no analogues worldwide.
2006
Commissioned by Platiacom and supported by Plastopil, a new covering material called Thermolid was developed.
This material allows food to be cooked in combi ovens directly in CPET trays sealed with Thermolid film.
The technology is being implemented at the largest central kitchen factory of a coffee chain in Europe.
Fedor Sokirianskii also led the largest study of school nutrition systems in Russia, including interviews with more than 200 medical doctors and visits to over 800 school canteens.
He participated in the national school nutrition reform project as the lead expert.
As part of this work, he studied school catering systems in 12 countries across Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
2007
Fedor Sokirianskii conducted the largest study of school nutrition in Russia, including interviews with more than 200 medical doctors and visits to over 800 school canteens.

MAP packaging technology was implemented at the Eastline airline catering factory in Moscow, together with Hefestus.
2009
Design and launch of the Concord central kitchen factory with a capacity of 250,000 school meals per day, using CapKold technology, implemented together with PPD (UK).
2010
Development of innovative technologies to extend food shelf life, together with UNOX, DC Norris, Enodis, Marven Foods, Atesy, SuperSealer Australia, Y-fang, and Indokor.
The work focused on MAP and freezing, cook in UV, pouch steaming, cook & hold, and R.O.P. technologies.
2010-2015
Implementation of innovative technologies at central kitchens, dark kitchens, and food production facilities for X5 Retail Group, SPAR, Tesco Stores, Dodo Pizza, Tucano Coffee, Traveler’s Coffee, Shokoladnitsa, Ramiz, Wokker, Subway, and Lenta.
More than 5,000 professional kitchen check-ups were conducted, and over 6,000 operational implementation plans for technological innovations were delivered.
